Kitchen and Bath Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen and Bath Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high-quality kitchen and bath products to homeowners and contractors, and helping them select the best products for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer and contractor relationships to generate sales leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring satisfaction
- Guide customers through product selection, design options, and pricing
- Create and present sales proposals to prospective clients
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets
- Partner with team members on developing fresh sales strategies
- Stay current with industry developments, product innovations, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years sales experience in kitchen and bath industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath products and market trends
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Lead Carpentry Tech
Full-time 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Lead Carpentry Tech
Based on provided designs and components, construct, erect, install, and repair custom storage systems and accessories using laminate wood, edge-banding, hardware and other materials, requiring your skills with hand tools and power tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled carpentry work installing custom storage systems (closets, cabinets, offices)
- Utilize CAD drawings and blueprints for proper installation
- Assemble systems of varying complexity, independently or with team members
- Assist with material removal and installation in customer homes
- Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Provide high-level customer service during in-home installations
- Drive to customer sites and maintain company vehicles safely
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma
- Experience with common hand and power tools
- Trade or vocational school experience (desirable)
